Varying qualities of business life make recruitment process much more important in terms of both the enterprises and the candidates. Employing the ''right person for the right job'' in recruitment process makes a sustainable business relation possible between the parties. Employment of fresh graduates is of capital importance in this context. In this study, it is intended to reveal whether or not the recruitment of fresh graduates is different in family enterprises and corporate enterprises, and how and to what extent such process differentiated if the same is different. The study consists of two stages. In the first stage, job postings regarding the positions which contain the following term ''fresh graduate'' that were published in Kariyer.net between June 8-16, 2017 were reviewed. In the second stage, semi-formal interviews that were performed with the employment officials were exposed to content analysis in the light of themes within the scope of qualitative research.
