The company make use of a quality control system, which was prepared according to ISO 9001:2015 and that is updated all the time in order to increase quality. In order to enhance production quality and prevent potential failures:
- It is analysed through the drawings whether or not a particular part could be manufactured when the customers request the production of a part. If the engineering department approves the production of such part, we share the price offer with you.
- If the project is approved by the customer:
- As a company that adopts quality in casting, the customers orders for the quantity of the products requested in casting.
- 50% of the casting cost is received as a prepayment.
- The designed mould is submitted for the approval of the customer.
- Upon approval by the customer, the mould production is started.
- Following the measuremental and chemical analysis, the product is submitted for the approval of the customer.
- Upon approval by the customer, the serial production starts.
- The production process of the moulds, post and prior maintenance operations, the changes requested to be made on a mould in a desired revision operation and all of the services to increase the efficiency of the serial production are provided by the company.
