Autonomous robots that distinguish the future production industry from the conventional one will be the internet of things and data analytic technologies. Corporate transformation procedures shall take place in line with these targets. However, it is observed that many small-scale and medium scale manufacturers in our country still record and keep the production data in production procedures on the papers. As a result of this, all these maintained data are not included in decision making procedures either. Although there are many studies regarding the maintenance and reporting of the data in digital environments by means of automations, there are no studies regarding the immediate analysis and reporting of such data. With the use of immediate data analysis, it is aimed to increase monitoring in production processes and thus increase the production performance and efficiency. As part of the operation, embedded systems were used to increase efficiency in production processes and the application was developed. Performance data and cost data were used to measure the efficiency of the new system. As a result, the counter where the new system is used displayed a higher production increase in comparison to the other counter with the same specifications. Work flow, time management and decision taking processes will be improved in the production process based on the results obtained thereof.
