Thanks to its business experience more than 20 years, BERK ZAMAK KALIP VE DÖKÜM Ltd. Şti. delivers customer-specific mould and casting services.

Established in 1992, Berk took the first step in casting industry with the manufacture of metal aluminium and zamak die cast machinery. Following the establishment of casting room in 1998, it started to manufacture parts from aluminium and zamak alloys by means of die cast method. It started mould production after the first CNC machine was bought in 2002. The produced parts and moulds are exported notably to Germany, USA, England, Italy and Russia.

We are not using our system consists of a molding room full of computer-assisted CNCs only for molding but also as a machining center when finalizing the parts.

Machinery Park

To meet the requests of our clients, we produce zamak casting pieces ranging from 1 gram to 5 kilograms in 20-200 tons Hot Chamber Die-Casting Machines and aluminum casting pieces ranging from 1 gram to 5 kilograms in 20-600 tons Cold Chamber Die-Casting Machines.
